Follow me as I go to orange island. Goal is for 14 days. Drinking orange juice and eating oranges will be on the menu.
Why? The last few weeks my digestion as been a little sluggish. What contributes to that? Not enough sleep or water or stress. Who knows why. I don't have stress in my life but I could use more sleep and drink more water yes. I had two VERY late nights and it really shuts down my GI tract. I get fruit sitting for more than 24 hours and it gets uncomfortable. Most of time my GI tract runs smoothly.
And right now we are transitioning to a new season and the summer fruits are going out and the fall fruits are coming in. But the fall fruits really haven't come in yet. And I have 5 cases of valencias and an OJ diet sounds so good right now. I don't have any races planned until March so I will keep my mileage short in the next two weeks. Most likely 9-12 miles a day with a few days off. I tried an oj feast last year but didn't get through because of bad oranges.

And then when that is done I will be ordering kiwis and persimmons, hopefully. Oh persimmons how I have missed you!
I will blog daily, or at least try.
