Had a great run with a friend today. Went on one of my favorite trails. She hadn't been on it before and loved it. What's not to love running deep into the woods!

Okay so this morning my body did a lot of purging. This was my goal of the oj feast. I had been a little backed up in that dept. I know you are probably thinking that I shouldn't be because I eat a great diet. Well for some reason if I am up all night with little sleep my body shuts down (which I was last friday night). I just get backed up and it takes awhile to get it going again. It doesn't happen often. And even though it is only fruit sitting in my system it still is not good. The food you eat needs to come out in under 24 hours.

I am an early to bed kind of person, and I get 8-9 hours a night. It just goes to show you how important sleep is. So much goes on inside us when we sleep. I do my best to get a full nights sleep.

Well I was hoping to go 14 days on oranges. But I forgot I had two cases of kiwis ripening. So they are still a week out so it might be 10 days of oranges. I won't complain about that. Usually in the winter I do some sort of mono eating one fruit for days at a time or a very short water fast. And it is usually in december when there is snow on the ground. But I am doing it a little earlier this year.
