Days 4 and 5
Pretty much the same
menu - drank orange juice all day
sleep - 8 to 9 hours
water - plenty
exercise - 9 mile run, lifting
Day 6
I knew I wasn't going to have enough oranges. We are getting our fruit order in Friday night so I will be getting in more oranges
Breakfast - orange juice
lunch - watermelon
dinner - kiwis and a salad
I feel so great when I mono eat for a few days. I did get 5 days of oranges in. Though I am thinking of going another week or two. So I am ordering a ton of oranges. I want to go another week on oranges. But this time I am going to incorporate green juice too. I am ordering romaine, spinach and rainbow chard.
I am going to start over and day 1 will be tomorrow. I think I will have enough oranges, if not I will get some navels to eat.
I didn't notice any drop in weight. Only the first two days but that was because my body was getting rid of extra weight in my GI tract.
My hubby will be joining me in my orange juice feast. We will be ordering 8 cases, that will be 600 oranges! Most people eat one or two a week. Only if they new the importance of a fruit diet!

Kathleen, I got busy and wasn't online as much but I just got caught up on your blog--thanks for posting! We just got our 2nd case of Walchli cantaloupes from OGC, hoping they are as delish as the 1st we had a couple weeks ago! Have been feasting on Keitt mangoes too--yummm... Doing more oj & green juice this week I think too.
