I always get asked in interviews or by other raw vegans how much calories I eat. And I truly cannot answer that because I never count calories. I literally just eat 3 meals a day until I am happily satisfied. Thought sometimes I eat 4 meals which depends on how much of one type of fruit I have to mono with.

So today I did count calories though I never weighed everything exactly out. I just put it into nutridiary and guessed on the fruit size.

Today I did not run. It was a rest day.

breakfast - 23 kiwis
lunch - 8 bananas, 7 dates smoothie
dinner - green drink of 1 head of spinach, 1 head of cilantro, 1 carrot, 32 oz orange juice
3 huge fuji apples
roughly 3200 calories

My store has papayas in. The ones they carry are the red carribeans. They are usually very good. So I bought one. Waiting patiently for it to ripen.

And as you all know now, I am not a big banana person. I do eat them of course. But I prefer them blended with dates or papayas. Banana/papaya is one of my favorite meals. So I am looking forward to it.

And my kiwis are super delish. I am glad b/c I have 3 cases. I have been eating them for fuel on my runs. They really do sit very well with me. I usually store them somewhere on my run, in bushes and such. But now I am thinking I might try something different. I think I might blend them and but them in my hand held bottle. Though I won't be able to sip it through, I can take off the lid and drink it. I wonder how well it keeps blended. It being an acid fruit I would think it would hold up fine. I will try it this weekend on my long run and let you guys know.
